Dissident and revolutionary!
Exceptional cuvee, without sulfur and very rare is only produced in the very great year. The nose is already very expressive on fruits, pine, jasmine and spice notes.
The palate is concentrated, with deep and complex tannins, but very delicate and silky. The length is endless !!
The wine has a very important conservation potential.

Sublime with a woodcock with roasted juniper berries , or filet mignon of pork with mushroom sauce. We advise you to open the bottle few hours before serving.
