The traditional vinification is done in concrete vats, the vatting lasts about 30 days - the ageing then lasts 12 months on fine lees for 50% in barrels (having already contained several wines) and for 50% in concrete vats.

The "ambassador" vintage of the estate. An intensity of fruit that is rare at Crozes-Hermitage, and all the characteristics of a beautiful Syrah: exuberant aromas, spices... not forgetting the violet of course!
This magnificent nose displays effusive Syrah notes of violets, liquorice and violet raspberries. The palate is medium to full-bodied, lined with supple tannins and finished with notes of fresh fruit and dried spices.
A star wine! Fruit, lightness, elegance, suppleness, peppery... a few qualities that drive this wine crazy!

100 % Syrah.
16 to 18 °C.
Ideal as an aperitif on a platter of cold meats or (and) cheese but also with a skewer of ham and melon. Also at ease with both white and red meats.
