Tasting

All your senses will be awake!
The nose is pure, complex and nicely perfumed, as it wafts from the glass in a mix of black cherries, plums, cocoa, a lovely base of soil, gamebirds, with a touch of vanillin oak and smoky. On the palate the wine is fullish, pure and intensely flavored, with a lovely core, a fine, soil-driven personality, impressive nascent complexity and fine length and beautifully balanced.
