The name "Les Corbeaux" has nothing to do with the bird.
Its name comes from the Latin adjective CURVUS (curved, hollowed out, hollow) which gave in old French the adjective corbe (combe, curved).
The plot is indeed slightly curved, hence its name.
Manual harvest. The result is a quality wine of great purity, fermented at 30% in whole bunches and aged at 20% in new oak barrels in order to preserve the aromatic finesse and elegance of the Pinot Noir.
Be Master!
It is a wine with a lot of consistency and a nice olfactory intensity.
The fruit is intense, dominated by nuances of blackcurrant, strawberry and raspberry.
Les Corbeaux are very long, with a silky and consistent flesh.
